What I’ve Learned
King’s mighty mascot, Reggie the Lion, turns 100 this year! To celebrate the centenary of our fiercest friend, we’ve compiled a timeline detailing Reggie’s greatest adventures – from his tumultuous youth to his current position as emblem of the College. Take a ‘paws’ to peruse them if you dare!
Since the Taliban returned to power in 2021, gender-based discrimination against women and girls in Afghanistan has worsened. Jane Conway (MA Life Writing, 2003) is helping change this by providing Afghan women with safe access to education and empowering them to share their stories.
